Et c\u2019est l\u2019association des deux qui fut \u00e0 l\u2019origine de sa vocation. D\u00e8s lors, elle se consacra au yoga et entreprit \u00a0de l\u2019\u00e9tudier l\u00e0 o\u00f9 sont ses racines, en Inde.<\/p>\n<p>Ayant voyag\u00e9 dans le monde entier et parlant de nombreuses langues, elle a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 enseigner le yoga \u00e0 des personnes partout dans le monde, choisissant des centres de vill\u00e9giature de luxe et des spa, dans le but de maintenir cet enseignement en plein air et de procurer la force et la qui\u00e9tude de la nature au cours des s\u00e9ances, insufflant ainsi \u00e0 ses \u00e9l\u00e8ves le flux naturel du yoga et une communion absolue avec la nature environnante.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-981\" src=\"http:\/\/anemi-zagori.gr\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/sabr5.jpg\" alt=\"WEEKEND YOGA D\u00c9TOX \u00c0 AN\u00c9MI\" width=\"550\" height=\"495\" \/>Apr\u00e8s l\u2019exp\u00e9rience r\u00e9ussie dans le domaine et ses exigences allant croissant, elle a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 donner des cours dans des retraites yoga afin de transmettre cette joie naturelle de la pratique en ext\u00e9rieur, en formant parall\u00e8lement des professeurs de yoga \u00e0 une \u00e9thique d\u2019encha\u00eenement individualis\u00e9 des postures (asanas).<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, avec ses connaissances en massage Tha\u00ef, en anatomie, et plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement son exp\u00e9rience dans le mieux-\u00eatre, elle utilise des \u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u2019Ashtanga et d\u2019Hatha dans des programmes individualis\u00e9s, accessibles au tout un chacun, tout en faisant partager son amour et son enthousiasme pour le yoga.<\/p>\n<p>Les s\u00e9ances se d\u00e9roulent sur un ton humoristique, dans une ambiance d\u00e9tendue, en mettant l\u2019accent sur le sentiment de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la respiration. Elle pense que la pratique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re du yoga nous aide \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir la beaut\u00e9 de chaque instant de la vie, au-del\u00e0 des difficult\u00e9s, maintient notre organisme jeune et sain. Les s\u00e9ances sont dispens\u00e9es en plein air afin que les participants ressentent mieux la vibration, qui \u00a0leur permettra de se ressourcer et de trouver la
